POAC Funding of Ring Pessaries
Funding of Ring Pessaries is available via POAC to credentialed GPs for women residing in Counties Manukau District.
To refer to one of these clinics, simply provide patient with a referral letter and the contact list to phone and schedule an appointment.
Claiming
- Submit referral via POAC in the normal way via the POAC PMS form, using the diagnosis code 'Ring Pessaries'
- Submit claim using list of codes as per below fee schedule
- No admin fee is claimable under this service
